After many years as a customer I will no longer be giving any business to Coldwater Creek. I purchased a sweater and was not alerted that it was non-returnable. That is unacceptable for an online merchant. I tried contacting customer service by phone and email. I was on hold for over 30 min and gave up. My email went unanswered for 9 days. I finally received a response only to be told in a poorly worded email, Sorry - No, it's not eligible for exchange. Forewarned!
I ordered three items in late June. I received one. When I tried to call today about the other two, the message said they were closed (I clearly called during business hours) and the customer service line mailbox was full. Too bad, they used to be a great company. I did get a catalog today. Buyer Beware. I certainly wouldn't order anything...

Horrible customer service. Rude, ignorant and totally uninterested. 45+ minutes hold times. Very high prices. Undelivered orders. I experienced all of these within a week. The worst clothing company customer service.
I ordered a dress from Coldwater Creek for a wedding I was going to attend in a week's time. I paid $17.00 for 2-day shipping; when the item arrived I immediately tried it on only to discover that there was a bleach stain at the top of the dress by the shoulder. I packaged the item up and using their return slip that came with the item I described the issue, and also placed a sticker on the exact spot so that they wouldn't sell it again (bet they will). I also emailed them my displeasure with the item, and that I'd already spent $$ for shipping and now they were going to take another $7.95 of my refund for the return shipment, even though the problem was the damaged product! No response to my email, so I resent it and received a note back that they would respond within 5 business days. Never heard back from them. 4 weeks after I mailed the damaged product back I get my refund... minus the $7.95. I will never do business with them again and will encourage my friends to avoid them as well.
I recently tried the "new" CWC! HUGE, HUGE MISTAKE, on my part. I ordered a button up sweater to go with a shell that I had gotten during the big sale when CWC ended. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive & 45 min on hold with a less than helpful customer service. They evidently use DHL shipping which tells me that it comes from China when you order it. There was another USPS label over it. Most of their items won't even ship to you for 2 months after you order it & they tell you that. I just loved the old CWC and ordered thousands of dollars worth of clothes from them. I was so happy to see them back, it is hard to.find decent clothes in petite sizes. Now I'm just sad & mad. Beware if you order!!
CC uses a very low budget shipper and tracking your purchase will be near impossible. It will take weeks to get your order. Any contact with them will be scripted or if you email you will receive a form response. No real help. When I finally asked for a refund after waiting forever for my order and no one could say where it was, they told me I was not eligible for a refund unless I returned the purchase I never received. I am completely done with them. My order is yet to be resolved after a month of waiting.
I really don't trust CWC anymore -- ridiculous prices, low quality, poor service and bad customer reviews -- but saw ONE thing (a shirt) in the latest catalog that appealed to me. The catalog had arrived a few days earlier, while I was away. Anyway, I went online to at least check the reviews on the shirt, and was told, "Sorry, this item is completely sold out." I actually laughed out loud. Thanks for nothing, Coldwater. From now on your catalogs go straight into the recycle bin, unread.
Untruthful discounts, mis-marked sizes (literally), sky high shipping, no response to emails, no answer to phone calls. The last time I tried to talk with someone, it said my hold time was 2 minutes. I gave up after 25 minutes. You can't interact with them. Terrible company ever since it was bought by someone else.
Since being purchased by a Hong Kong company, Coldwater Creek is not the same. The warehouse is in Plainfield, Indiana. Actually, the merchandise seems to be authentic... if you don't mind waiting a month for "in stock" items. Also, you better be sure of your size. God help you if you need to do a return or exchange! They have a call center in Florida. The people who work there seem good but the company does not follow through on promises. I was suspicious when I saw the amature looking website. I have finally given up on a promised refund.
I ordered a particular pikolino shoe. They sent me a different shoe. I looked online and noticed the shoe online was different than the shoe in the catalog. I tried to call them to alert them about this problem. After waiting on hold for about6 minutes, the line went dead. I called again. Same thing.
Does anyone else have this issue? I ordered 2 items and as of March 1st they haven't moved on the tracker. I finally got through to someone at the company and they lied and told me it was at the post office for me to pick up. I had just been there and the tracker didn't indicate that either. I went to the post office and they typed in the tracking number I was given and told me the package was waiting to be received by the post office. The status hasn't changed in 3 weeks and when I emailed customer service they sent me the same useless tracking number. Yes, I get that you created a tracking label. The problem is that no one has given that package to the Pat office so they can deliver it to me. Tomorrow I'm calling my credit card company and reversing the charge. They can use their tracking number to route the package back to themselves. This company was sold to someone else at the end of November 2020. I'm guessing they are just keeping people's money at this point.
Purchased a coat in January 2021.It was too big.Returned it for exchange on 1/25/21.Called to make sure they had it in a small before I returned it. By the time they got around to the exchange they no longer had the small. I called every week to push them along with the exchange. In the end they had to refund the payment which took them until March 4 to apply the credit. Terrible customer service! Never again. Coldwater Creek your out!
Worst customer service ever. Ordered a jacket, received a sweater, then had to call the company over two months and literally a dozen calls to get the credit resolved. I'm still fighting with them. The warehouse apparently just scanned what they sent to me in error, disregarded all the original packaging, case that Customer Service opened and the letter. Then trying to get that handled required multiple calls, escalations and probably an hour spent on hold various times. Absolutely deplorable service and sad as I used to love Coldwater Creek. I definitely will NEVER order from them again and will make sure I share my poor experience with others. I'm wondering if their new parent company Talbot's service has taken such a huge turn for the worst too. I'm not feeling adventuresome enough to find out - steer clear of Coldwater Creek!
never gonna last. I ordered $380.00 of merchandise 2/7/21 they charged my credit card 2/9/21 today is 2/17/21. no merchandise. they dont answer the cs phone they are shipping usps terrible service. i am furious!!!!!!!

Hiya Jane, Give their customer service a call, the number should be in your confirmation email (don't try to find it on their website). Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck

Same here. Never received shipping notice with tracking info. After 5 attempts, spoke with a rep. No resolution!

Want to exchange 2 pair pants but appears they are no longer there. Anyone know when they closed customer service? The automated answering service just hangs up on you! If anyone is still working at Coldwater Creek, would you please contact me? I am so frustrated and confused
